Queen Vic critiques Queen Victoria’s anti-gay beliefs and the UK monarchy. The image, depicting the monarch in a controversial act, was first spotted on a shop shutter in 2002 and later shown in Banksy’s Santa’s Ghetto exhibition. Released in a limited edition of 500, with only 50 signed, it challenges traditional views of power and authority.
