Q. Is the gallery free to enter?
Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our galleries are open by appointment only. Once our galleries open again to the general public in due course, you can visit free of charge.
Q. How are galleries taking precautionary measures to align with government guidelines when reopening?
We will be restricting the number of visitors at any given time and are creating one-way systems round our gallery spaces. All galleries are equipped with PPE for staff and visitors.

Maddox Gallery accept all major credit and debit cards.
Q. What delivery options do you offer?
The following delivery options are available for all unframed artworks; Collection (from London gallery) or Courier (FedEx). Q. How long do deliveries take?
Once dispatched, you should expect your order to arrive in the following timeframe: UK 5 - 7 working days, Europe 7 - 10 working days, US 10 -12 working days, ROW 12 - 14 working days. Please note, due to the current COVID-19 situation, shipping agents are working through a high volume of backlog and shipment may take longer than stated above. Q: When will shipping of artworks commence after lockdown?
We are complying with government regulations and are able to accommodate nearly all shipments. However please note, shipping agents are working through a high volume of backlog. Our logistics department would be happy to advise or answer any queries.
Q: I purchased artwork, when should I expect to receive it?
We are working on a case by case basis so please enquire with our logistics department.
Q: Do you install artworks?
Installation of artworks is carried out by our highly trained team of technicians, who know how to handle, transport, crate and hang in your home at an exhibition quality. All technicians are equipped with the appropriate PPE at all times.

Q. Are all artworks framed, if so, what are the additional costs?
The framing of artwork differs from one to another. There may be additional costs to framing and we are happy to assist and advise on this if necessary.
At Maddox we don’t offer refunds unless there is due cause for the piece being returned, such as if the work is delivered damaged. In this case, the buyer must notify Maddox in writing of any defects immediately. Q. My commission is in production, when will it be ready?
Please speak to your client advisor for all updates, as this is a bespoke service and works on a case by case basis.
