Maddox Gallery is pleased to present ‘It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere’, the new exhibition of work by David Yarrow. Internationally recognised as one of the world’s best-selling and most relevant fine art photographers, David Yarrow’s large, immersive, evocative and pin sharp black and white prints are immediately recognisable.

Over the last year, David has worked exhaustively to tell new stories with his cameras and highlight the beauty of this gravely endangered planet. He has visited every time zone and the results will be on show for the first time at Maddox Gallery in Westbourne Grove this October. Presented over two floors, the show will be headlined by his acclaimed TAG Heuer campaign with British supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne, who will join David at the exhibition preview at Maddox Gallery. The exhibition will also feature new images from Alaska, Montana and Utah in America as well as new work from Kenya, Ethiopia, Zambia, South Africa, China and Iceland.
In October of this year, David took a photograph that has caught the attention of many collectors. Titled Africa, it is perhaps his strongest wildlife work to date and will be exhibited for the first time as a highlight of the “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” show. Yarrow’s photography of life on earth has revitalised the field and earned him an ever growing following amongst art collectors. His large format monochrome images made in Los Angeles are on display in many leading galleries and museums across Europe and North America and his work is also a regular feature at established art fairs. By the spring of 2017, he had firmly established himself as one of the bestselling fine art photographers in the world, with the limited-edition prints (just 12 in an edition) regularly selling at over $40,000 a piece and his more recent work is now priced even higher.
