Participants must be at least 16 years old to enter the raffle. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Maddox Gallery, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Tickets are priced at £10 each. Participants can purchase an unlimited number of tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
There are 10 Artist Proof works by Ross Muir available to be won. The artworks are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. Maddox Gallery reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equal or greater value.
The raffle draw will be conducted on 22nd October at Maddox Gallery. The draw will be carried out randomly, and the decision of Maddox Gallery is final and binding.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
The entire raffle proceeds will be donated to West London Zone Charity, a registered charity in England and Wales (Registered Charity No. 1160947).
By entering the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Maddox Gallery and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage directly or indirectly relating to the provision, acceptance, or use of the prize or participation in the raffle.

This raffle is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
This raffle is classified as an incidental lottery and is conducted in accordance with the relevant legal requirements applicable to incidental lotteries in the UK. It does not require a license from the Gambling Commission or registration with a local authority.
