Carl Hopgood (British, b. 1972) is a contemporary artist renowned for his innovative use of neon, film, and installation art. Educated at Goldsmiths College and Central Saint Martins in London, Hopgood emerged alongside the Young British Artists movement, developing a distinctive style that blends pop culture with personal narrative.
